What do I expect ?

I'm expecting to gain a good understanding of each of these 23 things to :

• Help me become more comfortable when helping customers.
• Make it much easier for me to think of creative ways to incorporate some of these or future THINGS into the services/programs provided at the Library.
• Make me more excited about the work that I do at the Library.

I look forward to "Ah" moments when I understand simple tech. concepts I presently don't understand.
